We stand behind the quality of our service. If your medical note is rejected by your employer or school due to issues with our service, we'll provide a full refund.
You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
Service Failure
We fail to deliver your medical note within the promised timeframe (2-4 hours)
Quality Issues
Your note contains factual errors or formatting issues that we cannot correct
Verification Problems
Issues with physician verification that prevent note acceptance
Technical Errors
System errors that prevent proper note generation or delivery
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
Policy Violations
Employer/school policies that don't accept any third-party medical notes
Inaccurate Information
Customer provided false or misleading information during the application process
Misuse of Service
Using the note for prohibited purposes (insurance, legal, military, etc.)
Change of Mind
Customer no longer needs the note after successful delivery
